Northamptonshire is very proud to own two bellboats named Bluebelle and Buttercup that are held in the centre of town at Northampton Active.
The bellboat is a sturdy design and a great platform to introduce all ages to water sports and to encourage teamwork.
Each boat can comfortably hold 10 crew members excluding helms. Minimum crew number depends on the strength and experience of the crew.
The cost is £30 for one boat or £40 for two. Badges can also be purchased to be given out on the night. Northampton District Scouts also own two boats that are moored at Northampton Active at the same cost.
